Walailak University – On November 26, 2025, Ms. Chattrathai Suwanmalai, Acting Head of the Internal Audit Unit, participated in Walailak University’s key practical workshop titled “Strategies for Implementing WU Policies and Strategies into Practice for Fiscal Year 2026.”
Aligning Strategic Goals and Execution
The seminar took place from November 23 to 25, 2025, at Prasarnsook Villa Resort in Sichon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The event was well-attended by senior executives, deans, directors of centers and institutes, and department heads across the university, following an official invitation from the Department of Planning and Strategy.
The participation of the Acting Head of the Internal Audit Unit aimed to gain a clear understanding of updated operational strategies and implementation guidelines across various units for Fiscal Year 2026. This insight will enable the Internal Audit Unit to align its audit planning and evaluation processes seamlessly with the university’s strategic direction and goals moving forward.
