Walailak University – On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, Mrs. Chattrathai Suwanmalai, Acting Head of the Internal Audit Unit, attended a knowledge-sharing seminar on “Appeals and Grievances” at the Hua Taphan Meeting Room, Walailak University Hospital. The opening ceremony was honored by Professor Dr. Sombat Thamronthanyawong, President of Walailak University, who presided over the event.
Organized by the Office of the University Council, the seminar aimed to build knowledge and understanding of administrative law and human resource management. The event was honored by expert speaker Dr. Suphat Boonsong, Director of the Legal Division, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (OPS MHESI), who shared insights and expertise on key topics:

Principles of Issuing Administrative Orders: Proper, transparent, and fair guidelines for exercising power in accordance with good governance principles
