On April 29, the Internal Audit Unit at Walailak University organized a consultation service on the topic “Discussion to Establish Operational Guidelines for Construction Procurement.” A total of 24 personnel from 4 departments attended the activity, including the Buildings and Grounds Division, Procurement Division, Medical Center, and Internal Audit Unit.
The objective of this meeting was to jointly define operational guidelines for construction procurement to ensure compliance with standards and accuracy, focusing on 4 main areas:
Preparation of construction procurement documentation
Archiving supporting documentation for median price sources
Nominating vendor candidates in selective bidding procurement
Preparation of construction supervision documentation
This activity represents an integrated collaboration among internal units within Walailak University to build a shared understanding and enhance efficiency in the university’s construction procurement management process.
