Nakhon Si Thammarat, July 6, 2026 – The Internal Audit Unit organized a “Mobile Internal Audit” activity on-site at the Botanical Park, responding to the unit’s request for proactive consulting and advice on internal control and risk management. The session also included discussions on solutions and preventive guidelines addressing past audit findings and operational observations.
Reflecting the Botanical Park’s commitment to improving its workflow efficiency for maximum benefit, this initiative expanded into a collaborative knowledge-sharing project involving three main divisions: the Internal Audit Unit, the Finance and Accounting Division, and the Procurement Division.
This integrated collaboration aims to build a correct understanding of operational regulations and procedures, enhance administrative agility, and strengthen a transparent, well-governed working system—ultimately driving the unit’s overall operations efficiently and yielding maximum benefit for the organization.
